Kenor created Puzzlerism, a mural where geometry, graffiti and color merge into the mural style called grafuturismo, a site specific project especially conceived for Caixa Forum summer nights.

Polyrhythmic Beats

A song is formed by a set of rhythms. I paint rhythms, deconstruct & construct them, creating a new audio visual piece of work. Transforming each rhythm into my different pictorial language. In ‘Polyrhythmic Beats’ I have merged all the styles that I have developed over the last 10 years: geometry, abstract, deconstruction, dimension & movement.

For this concept it has been very important building with points, creating infinite points from a continuous & indefinite succession that defragments the line on the plane into multiple fragments in a single dimension.

Pur produit catalan, Kenor (→ www.elkenor.com) détourne et réinvente le paysage citadin en s’appropriant l’environnement visuel. Son exposition “Miradas” est la passerelle entre les différents mondes de l’artiste. Enlevé et percutant, le style de cet espagnol se joue des codes pour insuffler du mouvement dans l’inertie des villes qu’il traverse. Très largement inspiré de musique et de cosmos, Kenor compose et décompose des partitions abstraites flottant sur les murs avec une élégance irrésistible. De cascades de couleur en perspectives hasardeuses, ce peintre hispanique s’invente architecte en créant de véritables unités urbaines décalées, structures complexes formant un squelette tridimensionnel prenant support sur les toiles. Floating Points

It’s an instant action-reaction or Autoreflect in a small space-time which give shape to a visceral stimulus. Where movement plays an important role. It’s a neat touch with my feelings at that time.

A journey that, through fission, electronics absorbs my energy by separating it from my body and integrates into space, in the form of light. As if inside a hermetic space capsule, without gravity, painting light, throwing lines into space.

''D O M E '' English version_ We are always looking for abandoned spaces to intervene, with history, essence. Special places, that after their destruction still have life. The passage of time. And when we found ''Teufelsberg" in Berlin, one of the last traces of the Cold War espionage, we started to work on one of its four domes, built of small polygonal triangles. The challenge was difficult, being able to build and interact with the base of a structure and its already established form. Teufelsberg was a complex in ruins seated on a mountain filled with ruins, that moved there with the intention of covering forever the remains of another building, which for its strength in construction could not become... ruins. But the accumulation of debris was growing at such a pace, that the flat plot gradually rose to become the highest mountain in Berlin Since 1957 the hill was also used by the American and British secret services. The NSA, National Security Agency built a listening station on top of this mountain, associated to the global ECHELON spy network, and it became one of the largest bases of electronic surveillance during the time of the Cold War. While the German and European Division lasted, the U.S. Army maintained at Teufelsberg electronic surveillance headquarters. Today the abandoned spy base shows the remains of buildings and radar domes. From there, the American services could decrypt the broadcasts from the former GDR, and even Poland. Watching the military movements of the Warsaw Pact in eastern Germany and Europe. After the fall of the wall, it was used as a monitoring station of civil aviation for another two years, after which the facilities were finally abandoned in 1991. Version español_ Siempre estamos buscando espacios abandonados para intervenir , con historia,esencia. Lugares especiales, que tras su destruccion siguen teniendo vida. El paso del tiempo. Y cuando nos encontramos '' Teufelsberg '' en Berlin uno de los ultimas huellas del espionaje en la guerra fria , nos pusimos ha trabajar en una de sus 4 cupulas, construida a base pequeños triangulos poligonales que construyen estas. El desafio era dificil , poder construir y interctuar con la base de una estructura y forma ya establecidas , Teufelsberg, fue un complejo en ruinas, asentado sobre una montaña rellena de ruinas, que se trasladaron allí con la intención de tapar para siempre los restos de otro edificio, que por su solidez en la construcción no pudo convertirse en…ruinas. Pero la acumulación de escombros fue creciendo a tal ritmo, que aquel solar plano fue elevándose poco a poco hasta convertirse en la montaña mas alta de Berlín Desde 1957 la colina también fue utilizada por los servicios secretos americanos e ingleses. La NSA, Agencia Americana de Seguridad Nacional construyó, en la cima de esta montaña, una estación de escucha, asociada a la red de espionaje mundial ECHELON, y que llegó a ser una de las bases mas grandes de escucha electrónica durante la época de la guerra fría. Mientras duró la división alemana y europea, el ejército norteamericano mantuvo sobre el Teufelsberg una gran central de escucha electrónica. En la actualidad la base espía abandonada, muestra los restos de los edificios y cúpulas de los radares. Desde allí, los servicios norteamericanos podían descodificar las emisiones de la antigua RDA, e incluso de Polonia. Vigilaban los movimientos militares del Pacto de Varsovia en el este de Alemania y el viejo continente. Tras la caida del muro, fueron utilizadas como estación de seguimiento de aviación civil durante dos años más, tras los que las instalaciones fueron abandonadas definitivamente en 1991.
